Dr. Ram Ramdas
Founder & Managing Director
Ram’s experience of 20 years ranges from academics, management consulting, technology consulting, product management, venture capital to business development. Prior to joining Herald Logic, Ram was Head of Vanenburg (now Cordys) labs.
Anusha Jathanna
Co-Founder & Executive President – Platforms
Anusha joined Herald Logic immediately after her graduation and has recently completed 14 years in HL. She has been instrumental in shaping the core product framework “IntelliRADAR”, and also developing a strong product culture and team at Herald Logic. Her domain experience covers Distributions space in Life and General Insurance, Pharma, Consumer Goods, Lending, Loan Origination and Credit Scoring, Decisioning and Wealth Management.
Arun Rathi
Executive VP – Customer Delight
Arun has 11+ years of experience in Wealth Management and Channel Management products. He Has worked with various clients in Banking, NBFC and Insurance industries. His analytical skills are very sharp and his decisions have deep and wide inputs. Not only is he able to understand the users requirements he can go much beyond that and advise users on what they would possibly need down the line. Arun is a very dedicated professional with a good understanding of technical knowledge.
Rajesh Iyer
Co-founder and Chief Business Officer
Rajesh is a consumer banking professional who has ~27 years of experience in banking & financial services. Prior to joining Herald Logic, he was Director – Migrant & Expatriate Banking – South Asia with National Australia Bank. Rajesh has also served with Barclays where he was Director – Customer Propositions and Chief Marketing Officer for India, and with HSBC for 13 years, where his last role was Head of Marketing for Retail Banking & Wealth Management in India.
Milind Kharosekar

Milind has over 20 years of international multi-functional leadership experience in technology & professional services companies. His experience includes shaping, selling and executing large business transformation programs including consulting, technology and outsourcing.
Sanjiv Singhal
Member – Advisory Board
Sanjiv has more than 20 years experience in managing business & technology in financial services with focus on wealth management, private banking and electronic channels. Prior to Herald Logic, Sanjiv founded Strategis, a consulting firm that worked with some of the leading banks in the country.

Shekhar Ganapathy has been associated with Herald Logic since it was founded. He has seen the company through multiple transitions as it matured from a technology led company to now a strong Domain focused product company.
Rohit Rathore
Executive VP – Customer Success
Rohit has 5+ years of experience on CMS and has worked in industries like Insurane, Financial services and Consumer Goods. He is a techno-functional expert who can map the complex customer needs to the platform in a short agile cycle. Prior to working with Herald Logic, Rohit was working with Oracle India Pvt Ltd. as an IT consultant
