Selection & Induction

Selection into the Herald Logic team is not easy. We go through a rigorous process of short listing candidates based on profile requirements, then s series of written tests and then technical as well as non-technical interviews. The selection process happens on Saturdays and interviews are conducted at our Mumbai office.

After the selection, the first 3-4 weeks is spend in training of individuals in the relevant work area. We believe very passionately in our technology so everyone definitely goes through a training on the technology. In the first few weeks, a mentor typically inducts new recruits into company processes and culture. After the first few weeks, new recruits hit the ground running, training then is on the fly with live projects, deadlines, picnics, birthdays.
