Dr. Ram Ramdas : CEO
Ram's experience of 20 years ranges from academics, management consulting, technology consulting, product management, venture capital to business development. Prior to joining Herald Logic, Ram was Head of Vanenburg (now Cordys) labs. He was responsible for new product initiatives of Vanenburg in the collaborative commerce space. He was also responsible for strategic investment, analyst interactions and and business development.
Ram has prior experience with large commercial and academic organizations like Tata Consulting Services and Indian Institute of Science. Ram holds a PhD in fuzzy logic from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

Sanjiv Singhal : Head - Business Solutions
Sanjiv has more than 15 years experience in managing business & technology in financial services with focus on wealth management, private banking and electronic channels. Prior to Herald Logic, Sanjiv founded Strategis, a consulting firm that worked with some of the leading banks in the country. Immediately prior to that, Sanjiv was head of the Wealth Management & Retail Channels product businesses at Polaris Software Labs. An MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, Sanjiv has diverse experience in business strategy, software development & product management with leading global companies.

Zubin Dalal: VP - Head of Engineering
Zubin has over 13 years of rich experience spanning all areas of software evolution cycle including project management, presales, business analysis, solution definition, system design, architecture, implementation, quality and support. His earlier experience both in India and overseas span various software organizations – including Tata Infotech, EBusiness Design and Systime Computers. At Herald Logic he is responsible for all aspects of Software engineering including Team and Process management within the product and solution teams. He holds Bachelors (BE) in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University.

Ashish Shah: VP - Head of Marketing
Ashish’s experience of over 14 years spans across various industries including advertising, event management and software. He was earlier product manager at Cordys where he was responsible for product management and inbound marketing. At Herald Logic he is responsible for product marketing, key account management and presales. He holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Institute for Technology and Management, Mumbai.
